Career goals
A career in finance and operations allows me to support clients through major life decisions while continuing to grow into a strong organizational leader. The goals below outline where I plan to go in the next five years and how I will measure my progress along the way.

Short-Term Career Goals (1–2 Years)

Advance within my current role by mastering full loan lifecycle responsibilities and improving key process knowledge
Measurement: independently managing a full loan pipeline with documented turnaround-time improvements -
Earn at least one professional certification related to finance or lending operations
Examples: NMLS, lending or underwriting coursework completion -
Develop at least two new technical skills (CRM systems, financial compliance, SOP development, or data reporting)
Measurement: skills applied in daily tasks and validated by supervisor feedback

Long-Term Career Goals (3–5 Years)

Grow into a leadership or management role within operations or client services
Measurement: promotion with defined leadership responsibilities -
Contribute to strategic improvements that strengthen workflow efficiency and client satisfaction
Measurement: leading a team initiative or documented performance improvement project -
Build a strong professional reputation through networking, mentorship, and industry engagement
Measurement: internal recognition, mentorship involvement, or participation in industry events
