Evolving
Last year, I dealt with an ACL injury that temporarily forced me out of my normal routine. It wasn’t a defining moment in my life, but it did make me appreciate the importance of patience and steady effort. Physical therapy reminded me that improvement happens through small steps and consistency — even when progress feels slow. I carry that same mindset into my work. When I’m learning something new or facing a challenge, I stay focused, show up, and keep moving forward.
